From your request to the event
Step 1: Ask
Check “I need an accommodation” when you register, or use Request an accommodation on the event page. You can ask without registering.
Step 2: We confirm
Our accommodation coordinator contacts you the way you prefer, by email, phone call, text message or video relay, to confirm the details.
Step 3: We arrange it
We book the service or make the change, and let you know what to expect when you arrive.
Step 4: Tell us how it went
After the event, your feedback helps us do better next time.
Who sees your request
Only the coordinator
The details of your request are seen only by the staff who arrange accommodations. Other event staff see that a request exists, not what it says.
Deleted after the event
The details are deleted 90 days after the event ends. We keep only the type of accommodation, without your name, to plan future events.
