From your request to the event
Step 1: Ask
Check “I need an accommodation” when you register, or use Request an accommodation on the event page. You can ask without registering.
Step 2: We confirm
Our accommodation coordinator contacts you the way you prefer, by email, phone call, text message or video relay, to confirm the details.
Step 3: We arrange it
We book the service or make the change, and let you know what to expect when you arrive.
Step 4: Tell us how it went
After the event, your feedback helps us do better next time.

Do I have to say why I need it?
No. Tell us what would help, not why. We do not ask for documentation.
Can I bring a support person?
Yes, always. You do not need to ask, though telling us helps with seating.
Is the venue accessible?
Each event page lists the venue’s accessibility features, such as step-free entrances, accessible restrooms, hearing loops and parking, plus the venue’s own notes.
What if I did not register?
You can still ask. Use Request an accommodation on the event page without registering, and register later if you decide to come.
Can I ask for something not on the list?
Yes. Choose “Something else” and describe it. We will tell you what we can arrange.
Who sees your request
Only the coordinator
The details of your request are seen only by the staff who arrange accommodations. Other event staff see that a request exists, not what it says.
Deleted after the event
The details are deleted 90 days after the event ends. We keep only the type of accommodation, without your name, to plan future events.
