    Every course begins with the roles local employers cannot fill and the skills they want on day one.

  2. Step 2: Design with educators

    Colleges and trainers in the region shape the course so it counts toward something people can build on.

  3. Step 3: Run it close to home

    Short sessions in town or online, at times that work around jobs and family.

  4. Step 4: Watch what happens next

    We ask people and employers what changed, and we share the stories, so the next course is better.
