In rural Minnesota, the nearest job fair, training program or employer can be hours away, and the services that help people get there are often stretched thin.
We build the capacity of rural communities to connect people with work: events in towns across the region and online, training shaped by what local employers need, and tools that make it simple for employers, trainers and community organizations to take part. Every event is designed so people with disabilities, people without a car and people with busy lives can take part too.

Accommodations are part of registration, booth pages are checked for accessibility, and the site works with screen readers, keyboards and high contrast modes.

Events go where people are, with the employers and trainers who hire and teach there.
Respect for your information
We collect what an event needs, keep accommodation details private, and delete personal details when they are no longer needed.
Listening
We ask everyone who takes part what worked and what to change, and we use it.
