From application to follow-up

  1. Apply on the event page

Choose a package in Exhibit, vend, or sponsor, tell us about your organization and what you need at your space, and agree to the event’s terms. You get a booth code right away.

  2. We review and confirm

Organizers approve applications and assign booths. When a package has a fee, you can pay online securely or as the organizer arranges.

  3. Build your booth page

Sign in with your booth code to add your listing, logo, open jobs, links, files and videos, and the people from your team who will be there. You can add your own security code that only you know. Print a booth sign with QR codes that take visitors straight to your jobs.

  4. Pages lock for an accessibility check

Booth pages lock 7 days before the event so every page can be checked before visitors arrive. After that, the organizer can still make changes for you.

  5. Event day

Visitors scan your QR codes, save your team’s contacts, and can send you a message through the site without seeing your email address.

  6. After the event

Your booth page shows how many people viewed it, scanned your codes and messaged you. Tell us how it went, and see the success stories people share about your organization.

Accessible booth pages

Help every visitor read your booth

Your booth page checks your content as you build it and tells you what to fix.

  • Describe each image in a sentence (alt text), not with its file name.
  • Write link and button text that says where it goes, like “Apply for welding jobs”, not “Click here”.
  • Use captioned videos, and PDFs that are tagged and readable, not scanned pictures of pages.
  • Keep paragraphs short and avoid writing in all capital letters.

What exhibitors ask us

What does it cost?

Each event sets its own packages, and many are free for employers and service agencies. The packages and prices are listed on the event page under Exhibit, vend, or sponsor.

What is provided at my space?

Usually a table and chairs. On the application you tell us how many tables you need and whether you need power or internet, and the organizer confirms what the venue can provide.

Can more than one person staff our booth?

Yes. Add everyone on your booth page, with a title and photo if you like. Each person chooses whether their email or phone is shown; visitors can always message them through the site.

What goes on a booth page?

Your listing and logo, open jobs, links to apply, files such as a benefits summary, a captioned video, and your team. Every section can have its own QR code for your table.

When do I need to have the page finished?

Booth pages lock 7 days before the event for an accessibility check. After that, ask the organizer for changes.

We can only attend online.

Hybrid and online events welcome online exhibitors. Your booth page works the same way, and attendees reach you through it.

How do I cancel or change my application?

Contact the organizer listed on the event page. If you paid a fee, they will tell you how refunds work for that event.
