Event terms and rules
When you register for an event or apply to exhibit, vend or sponsor, you agree to that event’s terms, such as its code of conduct or the venue’s rules. Each event lists them on its page and on its terms page, and we keep a record of which version you agreed to.
Information you give us
Give accurate information, and register only yourself or people who have asked you to. Do not use another person’s private links or booth codes.
Booth pages and content from organizations
Employers, vendors and sponsors are responsible for what they post on their booth pages, including job listings, links and files. Listing an organization or a job does not mean we endorse it or guarantee a job, interview or outcome. Organizers may edit or remove content that is inaccurate, inaccessible or does not follow an event’s rules.
Stories and feedback
If you share a story, you confirm it is yours to share and you give us permission to publish it as described on the form. You can remove it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no spam, no attempts to break in or overload it, no harassment through the messaging tools, and no collecting other people’s contact details for marketing.
Other websites
We link to other sites, such as employers’ application pages, payment pages and maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Changes
Events can change or be cancelled; we tell registered people by email. We may update these terms when the site changes.
